National Memorial Park
National Memorial Park (NMP) is a lawn cemetery centrally located in Falls Church, Virginia. The cemetery is arranged in areas as shown on the map to the left. Walker Chapel Historic Cemetery and members of Walker Chapel hold licenses to gravesites in NMP. There are four gravesites in the GG area marked by the red star and two gravesites in the HH area marked by the green star.
The current license fee from NMP for these sites is $12,499.00 each. We are offering these sites at $9,000.00 plus the NMP $500.00 license transfer fee.
All transfers are processed by NMP upon our request. We ask for a $1,000.00 non-returnable deposit to Walker Chapel with the balance paid to the original licensee upon NMP confirmation the license(s) have been transferred.
